How to redeem your Active Kids Voucher (AKV)

About Active Kids

The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program.

The Active Kids program provides two $100 vouchers for parents, guardians, and carers of school-enrolled children to use towards sports and active recreation costs each year. The voucher can be used for registration, participation, and membership costs for sports, fitness, and recreational activities during the calendar year it was issued.

Voucher 1 is valid from January to December and Voucher 2 is valid from July to December.

Bossley Volley's Junior Development Program accepts Active Kids Vouchers issued by the NSW Government.



How to apply for the Active Kids Voucher (AKV)

  1. Each year families are eligible to receive two $100 vouchers per child (4.5 -18 years) from the state government to use towards ongoing sports and active recreation.
  2. Apply for AKV by visiting Active Kids and Active Kids Information for Parents to learn about the program.
  3. Visit service.nsw.gov.au and create or login to your MyServiceNSW Account.
  4. Complete an Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account. You will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).
